Vibrating box: this is a feeding box attached to the machine body by six rubber mounts and vibrated by a motorized

vibrator.

- Body: in its upper part it houses 2 impellers driven by an electric motor and in its lower part it houses a waste products discharge

screw connected to a air lock seal.

- Outlet hopper: this is fixed to the lower part of the machine body.

Via gravity spouting the product enters into the vibrating inlet box and is forwarded and distributed thanks to the vibratory

motion and the particular configuration of the

internal product distribution blades.

During its fall into the hopper beneath an air stream passes through the product flow for separating light parts (waste product). Suction is produced by the negative pressure generated by the two impellers housed in the top section.

Aspirated waste is dragged by the air stream into a decantation zone, from where it falls and a collection screw conveyor

takes it to a sealed airlock valve. At its outlet the waste is fed directly to the offal spouting. The machine is provided with an air bleed for partial air recirculation and for maintaining inside the

condition of negative pressure.

Thanks to a perfect air tight, this unit optimizes the products separation results.

The airlock is a rotary device which uses the gravity principle to transfer stock between two

environments with different pressures.

It is characterized by:

• Cast iron construction body and impeller for a perfect air tight. The impeller is mounted on ball

bearings.

• Sight glass unit installed at the product inlet to allow the inspection of product incoming.

The airlocks can be gathered together in series and connected by means of couplings.

• Together with upper hoper, chain safety guard, gearmotor. Provides continuous feeding of material to the pneumatic conveying line

• Used in flour and semolina mills, feed mills, biscuit and pasta plants, wood precessing plants.

The machine is supplied with adjustable air velocity plates and full view inspection windows.
