<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size:14pt;">FLOW BALANCER</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14pt;">It measures, through an autonomous electronic system, the cereal in passage so that the upstream damping system is able to dose the water, suitable for the grain capacity and the final humidity set</span>.</p> <p><span style="font-size:14pt;">The unit is installed by a load-cell connected to an inclined beating plate at suitable angle, and an impact sensor for appropriate product flow. The weighing process is carried out by the PLC software programmed for a nozzle structure for optimal and precise communication and control settings between the pneumatic control valve and the load cell, and high precision and quick adjustment of high and low flows for the control of product flow. PLR with 8 grinding stones is used is used in milling installations in order to:</p> <p>Increase the extaction yield as regards the present standards;</p> <p>Improve the semolina cleaning;</p> <p>Increase the production capacity.</p> <p>This machine was designed to get more extraction in flour and semolina through the removal of ashes and impurities.</p> <p>Substantially reduces the bacterial load and the presence of heavy metals.</p> <p>The new debranner type PLR has been developed to assure the best possible performance combined with a user-friendly operation and installation.</p> <p>The PLR is controlled by a dedicated panel with Touch-Screen Technology with which all parameters may be input to control and manage, independently, the debranning process.</p> <p>The logic of PLR control can be fully integrated within a fully automated system.</p> <p>The new aspiration fan guarantees an optimal conveyance of the air flow inside the working chamber in order to cool thus keep a cleaner environment.</p> <p>New is also the regulating valve required to discharge the processed product by means of an automated loop in function of power absorption of the main drive motor and the debranning degree.</p> <p>High performance and capacity thanks to multiple loading points. The position of the motor on the ground guarantees an easier and faster maintenance.</p> <p>Ocrim’s debranning technology foresees a better mix between investment costs and benefits.</p> <p>Considering a debranning degree between 8% and 9% it is in position to result in a:</p> <p>• better yield with the same ash content or a decrease ash content with the same yield;</p> <p>• smoother performance of the mill due to a cleaner product;</p> <p>• better quality flour with a reduction of black spots due to the elimination of wheat defects before the miling process;</p> <p>• a drastic reduction of the bacterial count of the wheat and consequently on the finished product (semolina);</p> <p>• a capacity increase of the existing plants with a limited investment and a short term return thanks to the unnecessary use of scourers and relevant aspirations already present in the cleaning line.</p> <p>Machine with stone tools that can remove great quantities of bran, improving the production capacity and performance of each plant, whether dedicated to milling durum wheat or soft-hard wheat. <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The CLASSTONER is a dry stoner and a grain classifier in one single machine. It features two stacked decks that are<br>easily removed and can be enclosed in the vacuum chamber.<br>A special feeding device that does not require any adjustment, spreads the product over the entire width of the upper deck.<br>This upper deck consists of three adjacent sieve sections each having different size openings.<br>The oscillating movement provided by two vibrating motors, combined with the upwards action of the air flow ensures proper<br>stratification of the product by gravity. <br>Consequently the heavy grain and the stones remain on the sieve while the light fraction floats over the surface of the<br>upper sieve and is delivered from the machine.<br>This allows for the air flow to carry out the first separation which is the removal of the light husks, straws and dust. The arrival of stock at the second and third sieves, after the prestratification has taken place on the first sieve, marks the beginning of the discharge of stones from the heavy product over the lower deck, where stones and particles of earth are directed upwards to the discharge.<br>The heavy grain fraction is discharged from its proper outlet of the lower deck while the light grain fraction is discharged from the outlet at the upper deck.<br>The light grain fraction (depending on the mesh opening of the second and third sieve) can vary from 2-3 % up to 20 - 25% of the machine capacity.<br>The main advantages of the CLASSTONER are: <br>- Incorporates several separations in one machine, destoning <br>aspirating and concentrating of impurities.<br>- Saves floor space.<br>- Reduces energy and maintenance costs.<br>- Reduces installation costs.<br>- Can be used for cleaning and destoning of a wide variety of cereals grains and other seeds.</p>]]></content:encoded>
